IT auditing

Administrative processes are increasingly handled within automated information systems. This creates the need to assess the extent to which the reliability of automated data processing is safeguarded. NOVA has experienced IT auditors in-house who test the control measures in place within ICT environments and report on this to management or the auditor.

What is IT auditing?

The requirements for the reliability of financial information are becoming stricter, partly due to tightened statutory audit rules (Wta and Bta), the Tabaksblat code and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) legislation.
